Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• Management of the subsidiary’s IT services, aligned with business needs and the strategy, policy, and procedures of the global corporate.

• Coordinate IT operations between the subsidiary and corporate IT teams, facilitating the integration of local requirements into corporate IT solutions.

• Business partner of the subsidiary, capable of identifying local requirements and challenges and responding to them with the corporate IT team.

• Administer and maintain local applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.

• Coordinate and support the implementation of improvements and new functionalities in the systems.

• Manage and lead IT projects, from requirements gathering to final implementation.

• Provide support in the implementation of new IT systems and updates, ensuring that requirements and global standards are met.

• Manage external IT service, ensuring it meets the required service level and business expectations.

• Perform local support tasks and coordinate IT activities and requirements with local vendors. Escalate incidents with corporate IT.

• Ensure that IT services have the quality and value required by internal and external customers.

• Manage the IT budget under the supervision of corporate IT and in coordination with the General Management and Financial Management of the subsidiary.

• Ensure that local IT activities comply with global IT security policies and procedures and with current regulations.
