Position: Finance Manager
Location: SMO, Cuautitlán (Central Zone)
Department: Finance
Work Schedule: On-site (8am-5pm) Monday to Friday.
Travel Availability:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external audits
  • Monitor the annual budget concerning expenses and investments vs. budget
  • Provide support for corporate requirements regarding actual results and annual cash flow projection
  • Review and present the monthly and annual current results (P&L and BS) for each division of the company
  • Develop short and long-term cash flow plans
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, including cash flow management
  • Control debt limits and exposure to currencies other than USD
  • Prepare and calculate financial statements in pesos and dollars on a monthly basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Engineering in Accounting and Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance Management or Plant Controllership.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Costs and Inventory Management within manufacturing companies (part of the 10 years of total management experience)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Proficiency in ERP systems: SAP and advanced Excel
  • Soft skills: leadership, initiative, service orientation, teamwork, strategic thinking, quality focus
