The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with customer specifications and industry regulations. This role involves managing production, engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) departments. Key responsibilities include developing quality control procedures, enhancing productivity, managing the facility’s budget, and maintaining machinery. The Plant Manager will also handle crises, cooperate with HR and Finance, and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
