As the Country T&A Lead, you will oversee the Time and Attendance (T&A) function, ensuring accurate and timely T&A inputs to payroll for hourly employees. You will manage a team responsible for validating, reconciling, and correcting T&A data, and maintaining a seamless interface between T&A systems (primarily Kronos) and Payroll applications. You will work closely with factory-based T&A SMEs (HR, timekeepers, or finance), monitor integration issues, and ensure compliance with data accuracy standards. Additionally, you will lead the team in responding to T&A queries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Time and Attendance or Payroll operations, with a strong understanding of Kronos or similar T&A applications.
• Proven experience managing T&A or Payroll teams and collaborating with factory or field-based teams.
• Familiarity with data integrations between T&A and Payroll systems.
• Workday, Dayforce and/or Service Now experience is a plus.
