• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform detailed financial analyses and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Develop financial models to evaluate projects and investments.
• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to provide key analyses and insights.
• Analyze working capital metrics and measure and report cash flow.
• Present analysis and recommendations in English to senior management.

• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience making presentations in English.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of USGAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to contribute ideas to address business issues.
• Good at managing others – establishes and communicates expectations, motivates individuals, and provides honest and specific feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and escalate or resolve issues appropriately.
• Working knowledge of systems including Hyperion, Oracle, or similar ERP applications.
• Top MS Excel skills (Pivot tables & Macros).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of related experience with financial management or financial planning.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
