• Team Supervision: Set objectives for the accounts receivable team and monitor their daily performance.
• Invoice Processing: Ensure accurate issuance and follow-up of invoices.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and negotiate with clients in cases of non-payment.
• Credit Review: Conduct credit checks and establish credit limits.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
• Compliance: Ensure billing and collection procedures comply with laws and regulations.
• Training: Support and train accounts receivable team members.

• Experience: Proven experience as an accounts receivable manager or supervisor.
• Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting SAP/QAD/ AS400
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to present detailed reports.
• Fluent in English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is a plus.
