IT Manager infraestructure

Que necesitas para ser exitoso

• Experience in IT infrastructure operations, Communications (LAN, WAN, email, etc.), desktop equipment, database, backup recovery, virtual environments, telecom, regulatory compliance, as well as determining and implementing hardware and software upgrades for business applications, servers, hardware, network equipment, desktop, laptop, etc.
• Strong experience managing day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including downtime, reporting service levels, technical support, SLA, defining and tracking IT operational metrics and provide status to management
• Desirable experience in DB and application servers administration and support, such as SQL Server, Oracle, IIS Apache Tomcat, Web Sphere and Web Logic
• Desirable experience managing and maintaining controls on data/system backups and recoverability, but at least, understand the management of these processes

Que recibirás a cambio

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position with another bank or brokerage house for the last 3 years
• Experience managing and handling relationship with infrastructure vendors
• Strong Communications skills, fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience managing people or coordinating teams
• Analytic mindset to understand and resolve problems
• Teamwork oriented and desirable experience working with multi-location teams
• Desirable experience with CNBV and Banxico audits and Technology audits
• Interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written, attention to details
• Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines in a very competitive environment
• Ability to adapt to changes
