Our client provides high quality, great taste and nutrition for all eating occasions, whether at home, in restaurants or on the go. We are looking for a T&A SME to join their team!

As the T&A SME, you will be a key expert in Time and Attendance (T&A) operations, supporting the T&A Lead to ensure the accuracy and compliance of T&A inputs to payroll. You will handle critical ticket assignments, work directly with Kronos to perform validations, reconciliations, and historical corrections, and address integration issues between T&A and Payroll systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with factory T&A SMEs to confirm data accuracy, resolve escalated issues, and respond to T&A queries.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in T&A or Payroll operations, with experience using Kronos or similar T&A systems.
• Strong knowledge of T&A to Payroll integrations and experience in data validation, reconciliation, and problem resolution.
• Workday, Dayforce and/or ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for interacting with HR stakeholders, employees, and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in Kronos, with the ability to perform historical adjustments and manage T&A processes effectively.
